  4. Complete Your Reservation Without Payment – Secure your booking without an upfront payment.
  5. Check Your Email for Booking Details – You will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details about your reservation.

How can I become a Tripskeeper member?

Option 1: SignUp With Email

  1. Click the Sign Up button at the top of the homepage.
  2. Complete the required fields :
    • username
    • email
    • first name
    • last name.
  3. After submitting the form, you’ll receive an email with your username and password. Use these credentials to log in.

Important: Your username cannot be changed later. Ensure it’s accurate, as it will also be used alongside your email for logging in.

Option 2: SignUp With Google Account

Your Google account’s name, surname, and profile picture will automatically sync with your Tripskeeper profile. These details can be edited later in your account settings.

On the registration page, click Continue with Google.

If logged into your Google account, select it. Otherwise, log in to your Google account first.

Review and accept our Privacy Policy, then click Register.

Await Approval
Our team will review your submission. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your username and password to access your profile.

How can I effectively manage photos ?

Photos are the most powerful tool for promoting your services. They not only showcase your offerings but also help travelers visualize the experience you’re providing.

Automatic Compression: Our platform will automatically compress photos to reduce file size while maintaining quality. Avoid uploading unnecessarily large files.

Ownership: You must own the rights to all photos you upload.

No Viruses: Ensure the files are free of malicious software or viruses.

High-Quality Visuals: Use clear, professional-quality photos. Travelers rely on visuals to decide, so poor-quality images can deter them.

File Size: Each photo should not exceed 8MB in size.

Orientation: Both portrait and landscape photos are accepted.

File Formats: Supported formats include PNG and JPG.

What is the payment policy ?

Tripskeeper has implemented an efficient payment system to ensure that you receive your earnings promptly and hassle-free.

  1. How Does Payment Work?
    • Customers pay 30% of the total cost at the time of booking through the platform. This portion is retained by Tripskeeper.
    • The remaining 70% is collected by you directly from the customer before the photoshoot, either in cash or using a mutually agreed-upon payment method.
  2. When Will I Receive Payment?
    • You will receive the full remaining balance from the customer before the photoshoot. This ensures you are paid in advance and eliminates financial risks.
  3. What Are the Payment Methods?
    • Payment methods depend on your preferences and the customer’s convenience. You can accept cash, bank transfers, or other methods that work best for both parties.
  4. How Can I Update My Preferred Payment Method?
    • To update your payment preferences, log in to your account and go to the Payment Settings section in your profile. Select your preferred payment method and save the changes.
    • If you encounter any issues, contact Tripskeeper Support for assistance.
  5. Which Currencies Are Supported?
    • The currencies supported depend on the location of your services. Common currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, and TRY (Turkish Lira).
    • Ensure you discuss the preferred currency with your customers to avoid any misunderstandings.
